Vitamin A…. Tell me more

How can I get vitamin A in my diet?

*carrots
*liver (beef)
*spinach (raw)
*brocoli

I have kids, what else can I give them with vitamin A?

(While some of these have lower amounts of Vitamin A, they still are a significant source)
*cheese
*eggs
*milk products

Why do I need Vitamin A?

        1. To repair and maintain my body tissues
        2. Nutrition of my cornea
        3. Visual purple reduction (necessary for night vision)
        4. Thyroid and adrenal gland stimulation

How do I know I need vitamin A?

Presents as:
*acne.  
*allergies.
*blemishes.
*eye sties
*itching and burning of the eyes.
*night blindness.
*rough dry skin.
*susceptible to infections
